Job Description
Product focus : Astro, PC, ICC & JupiterXT Responsible for timely identification and resolution of customer issues. Proactively contributing and communicating to the corporation in the areas of tool improvement and leveraged support. Works directly with customers gaining full understanding of their issues and successfully driving those issues to create complete customer satisfaction through independent work or interfacing with other Application Consultants, CAEs or R& D Engineers. Accountable for identifying common usage questions and extending the current customer knowledge base by writing articles for inclusion in the SOLV-IT! knowledge database. Works on problems of limited scope and follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Requirements: BS in EE or CE with 2-4 years of relevant experience or MS in CE or EE with 0-2 years of relevant experience in Floorplanning, Place and Route area. It is essential that the individual possess excellent customer interface and communication skills.
