R&D Engineer

Job Description

Job Title: R&D Engineer
 
Description: Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting or debugging 
Verification IP. Develops software tools to develop and support 
development of tools for verification and compliance checking 
of PCI-E protocols 

Requirements: Must have BS in CS/EE with 5+ years of relevant experience or MS with 
0-3+ years of experience in programming software for validation and 
verification of systems is desired. 

The individual should have experience on development of software projects, 
familiarity with HVLs like VERA or e language, Object Oriented Programming, 
Constrant Random verification and RVM concepts. 

Familiarity with HDLs languages like verilog/VHDL will be of an added 
advantage. 

It is essential that the individual has strong desires to learn and 
explore new technologies and are able to demonstrate good analysis 
and problem solving skills. Good communication skills are required. 


Specific skill for the position 
------------------------------- 

Knowledege of PCI-E or PCI or PCI-X or Ethernet (10Gig) protocols.
