Job Title: CAE, Sr 

Description: As the Corporate Applications Engineer for the Cadabra® product, you will be responsible for providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, complex software. You will responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in software. As the product expert, you will work with R&D, Marketing, and our customers to help drive the development of existing and new product features for Cadabra®. Duties include technical training/presentation creation and delivery, beta testing, documentation review, benchmarking and understanding customer requirements and proposing new enhancements for product improvement. 
The Cadabra® product offers a fully automated tool for the creation of standard cells layouts from SPICE netlists, and for migration of existing standard cell layouts to new design rules or architectures. With easy to use graphical interfaces and results that rival hand-crafted, the Cadabra product is the market leader in automated standard cell layout. 

Requirements: Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IC design and/or physical design, verification or place & route. A strong understanding of ASIC design flow VLSI, and/or CAD engineering is desirable. Specific knowledge of the design, layout and use of standard cell libraries, IO cells and general CMOS physical layout would be an asset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with customers and R&D are essential. Occasional travel is required. 

Education: Requires BS/MS in EE or CS.
