Description 
  
 The successful candidate will lead a software development team comprised of talented C++ programmers. This individual will be responsible for the execution of project plans bringing complex designs to reality on-time, within budget, and with superb quality. Emphasis is on reusable database infrastructure (OpenAccess), delivering class libraries to multiple user groups. Notable for this position is the opportunity to multiply individual and team impact by leveraging infrastructure technology by reuse throughout PTO. This position requires an individual with drive for generating results and who enjoys delivering technology that significantly impacts both the EDA and electronics industries. Position Requirements 
  
 The position requires strong technical leadership skills & experience programming extensively in C++ in a complex software development environment with challenging constraints. A strong desire for responsibility, accountability and the personal satisfaction of overall project success (more than delivering a component to written requirements, but ensuring that the complete deliverable is in use and satisfying internal project sponsors) is a hallmark of this position. Meeting your commitments to the leadership team must be a core value. Personal & professional integrity and unwavering dedication to your team's (local and extended) individual and collective successes are necessary.

True expertise in C++ programming and knowledge of the EDA industry are prerequisites. BS - CS/CE/EE with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on programming experience and 3 years of project leadership experience is required. 

Preferred MS - CS/CE/EE with +10 years industry experience.
