Conversion of Mysql Table Create script to html forms and perl cgi scripts

This script was tested on a sql file created b mysql Workbench. For each table in the sql file it generates the following data.

1. A html form for data input.
2. A perl script to save the sata to a data base
3. A perl script to preview data
4. A perl script to allow editing of data
